The digital signature is one of the cornerstones of the process of e-government. They can acquire a digital signature to all individuals as individuals, directors and employees of companies and public administrations.

The e-mail has become the most widely used electronic communication tool for the exchange of communications. E-mail is a means of communication in written form via the Internet. The main advantage is the immediacy of e-mail.
The Certified E-Mail (PEC) is an e-mail system where electronic documentation is provided to the sender with legally valid, certifying the sending and delivery of electronic documents.
